About these terms
These terms apply to the website at www.murphee.one, operated by Murphee Limited, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 15920043. By using the website you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
They do not cover the products. Pebbles, Immerso Gnosis, Steve and Enzo each have their own terms, given to you before you start using them.
Information, not advice
We take care to describe our products accurately, including what they do not yet do. Even so, the website is general information. It is not legal, medical, clinical, educational, financial or engineering advice, and you should not rely on it as such.
The “Ask Murphee” guide answers from the product information on the page. It can misunderstand a question. If an answer matters to you, email us and a person will reply.
Product status and availability
Each product shows a status, such as “In development”, “Pilot” or “Access by enquiry”. Features described on the site may change, arrive later than planned or not be released. Nothing on this website is an offer, a promise of availability or a statement of price. Access to any product is agreed separately and in writing.
Using the website fairly
Please do not:
- try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or its servers;
- use automated tools to scrape it in a way that harms the service for others;
- use the site to send unlawful, abusive or misleading material to us or anyone else;
- present yourself as Murphee Limited or imply we endorse you without our agreement.

Names, characters and artwork
Murphee the gorilla, Pebbles and Naynay, the Immerso Gnosis owl and fox, Sons & Daughters of Murphee, Steve, Wabi Sabi and Enzo, together with the text, design and artwork on this site, belong to Murphee Limited or are used with permission. You may share links and quote short extracts with credit. Please ask before using the characters or artwork anywhere else.

Where we link to another website we do so for convenience. We are not responsible for its content or its privacy practices.
Our responsibility to you
We provide the website “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the UK or abroad, this does not take away any rights you have under the law where you live.

We work to keep this website accurate and up to date, but it may contain errors or leave something out, and products change. We may correct or update the site at any time. If something here matters to a decision you are making, please check it with us first.
If a court finds part of these terms invalid or unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a term straight away, we have not given up the right to do so later.
